The thing that irked me about the quiz was that it was all "yes/no" type of stuff. This didn't apply to a lot of the stuff there, as I didn't fall into that category. Things like belief in God, actions taken WRT SOs, treason, and so on. Some of this stuff, to me, isn't black and white; it depends on the circumstances. I guess that's how Dante viewed his God, an extremist who classifies people into two categories -- those who do All The Right Things All The Time, and those going to Hell. Personally, I find such an uncaring deity distasteful. Not that that surprises any of you or anything.

But, anyway, time for bed.

OK, I just got out of acting class for the last time. That leaves me with the SF and CS exams, and then I'm free! In the meantime, I have to disassemble my loft, so I can turn it in and endure finals sleeping on the floor. Fun. But it's all coming to an end. I feel sort of sad. I'm going to be in Charlottesville, (hopefully) doing work for UVa and being isolated from my new friends. And having a crap dial-up connection. *sigh*

On another note -- Spielers, do we meet tonight? If not, I'm going to see Wynona LaDuke (Nader's running mate in the last two elections). She'll be in DB Auditorium at 7 tonight.

Wednesday

OK -- took down lofts, put up bunk beds. Far less space than we had before, although the room seems a bit more spacious due to uncluttered ceiling. Lots of hard labor and manly grunting involved. Reconnected to net to find out that my CS exam is tomorrow. Mild surprise at that, but I am prepared. It's not much anyway -- we basically covered four topics this semester, and the concepts are easy enough. So no big whoop.

Wondered about Spiel meeting. Posted to LJ, got no response. So I had to track down jazzfish's ICQ, reactivate my own ICQ account (which I haven't used in years), and ask the question. I'm not complaining, but all I can say is thank the gods for Trillian. Anyway, ascertained that there was no Spiel meeting this week. Went anyway in case stragglers came and had their own plans.
