Game Day was pretty good. Got exposed to Formula De, which is The Other French Car Accident Game (aside from Mille Bornes). Played Elemental, a river-crossing game that jazzfish brought, Kill Doctor Lucky, and a bunch of others. Had ice cream with jazzfish, nixve, and zerblinitzky as well. A good day.

Sunday was sort of a mean thing. robertliguori took off and left, and didn't come back until the TCon meeting. He got stuck at NRV mall, it seems. The meeting itself was what I expected; calls for volunteers (I'm something like apprentice to the Ops director), discussions about money (the hotel's charging us for Sunday, which they didn't do in the past, so we had to cut out guests, etc.), and discussions about guests. Went to Wendy's for food. It's really starting to get cold in the evenings. I had to go out in jeans and sneakers for the first time. And it started early this year. Feh.

I'm seriously considering blowing off Unix lecture. It's more often than not pointless, he just reads off the slides, and he treats us like morons. I have better uses for my time.
