Yeah, so I've been packing to go back to the Ville of Charlotte's. Got laundry in the wash, and as soon as it's out, it's going in the suitcase/chest. I'm nowhere near "done" as far as packing goes.
Capacitors on mobo fixed, thanks to nius. However, the computer's not fixed yet, though instead of freezing up randomly it BSODs (in Windows) or fails to execute programs (in Linux). So either the mobo's busted in another way, or the power supply's being bad. Mom thinks we should get both replaced. I think I'm getting a new desktop this summer.
I'm going to Origins this summer. Hotel and reg have been taken care of -- all I need is a ride to and from Columbus. Greyhound is not returning anything on schedules. This is disturbing...
Speaking of cons, Magfest 4 is in C-Ville on the last few days of Winter Break! I'm there. So is tadakimacun and her friend. Who else?
Mom's confirmed that sometime in the next few weeks, she and I are headed to WV for "summer vacation". Blah.
I'm thinking of ways to keep myself (and others) entertained this summer. I have some ideas, including a sojourn to Kings Dominion for SOAP. Any thoughts, guys?
Got my room assignment for next year. I'm in Lee 105, which was one of my first choices. I haven't been assigned a roommate yet, but I'm hoping to preempt any randomness by requesting tigerofthewind, who's cool with it. Hopefully, that will work out. We'll find out when I return on August 12^th.

Things are moving very fast now. Thanks to everyone for their support this year. With any luck, I'll be back on tomorrow evening.
