I'm back.

I got back from WV yesterday. OK, for the most part. Spent all week at Grandma's house. Christmas was OK. Among the big items in my haul were my PS2, Frequency, Season 5 of Star Trek TNG and Season 2 of The Simpsons (both on DVD), and the three TNG movies on DVD. I also got some clothes and some miscellaneous stocking stuff. Mom got me the X-Files movie (on VHS) and Johnny Mnemonic (on DVD, which I already have).

So I went to Wal-Mart and returned them for store credit, and with that, the $10 gift card one of my uncles got me, and a little extra cash, I got the Grand Theft Auto double pack for PS2, which has GTA3 and Vice City in one nice package. I've been playing the crap out of those games since I got back, especially since, thanks to Macrovision, I can't play any DVD on my PS2 without the signal going in and out. Not wanting to spend $30 on a RF modulator to connect my PS2 directly to my TV, I hooked it up through the VCR; hence, the bad signal. It won't matter when I get back, since the A/V switch I have there can convert from one to the other easily.

Anyway, I've got nothing much to do now. As tadakimacun already mentioned, she and robertliguori will not be coming to see me, as robertliguori is still sick with the Flu Strain...of Doom! As a result, we have to push it back to at least next week But Mom and I are going to see ROTK, so I'll have something to do this weekend.

I start working again this Monday. I wish I didn't have to, but Mom insists. They call it a break for a reason...*sigh*
