OK, so this was Staples on Thursday, when Mom and I were hitting all the stores to find out if there was a place in town we could find a decent laptop. Mom sees this software package (Bejeweled and Alchemy -- games she plays all the time online) and starts whining like a little kid to get it for her (Payday was on Friday and I had money in the bank, for my laptop -- she didn't). After about 5 minutes of watching her do her best imitation of a whiny kid, I bought it to shut her up. Although it wasn't worth the $20 I had to pay for it.
The next scenario comes during our trip to the grocery store this evening.
