there's a lot to do in west va, you just have to be a bit interested in the outdoors, although i'll admit that not many in our illustrious science fiction and fantasy club, in fact, are. since you're north, i don't suppose you're extraordinarily close to fayetteville, which happens to be the only area i know anything about... but if it turns out you're fairly close to beckley or fayetteville there's plenty of camping and fishing and boating in that area, and lots of little tourist shops that support said activities.
